About the Event
Celebrate the return of spring with this evening exploration of Monte Bar on a full moon day.
We'll practice yoga indoor in a beautiful private meeting room at the Capanna and then eat a delicious vegetarian meal especially prepared for us.
After dinner Irene will lead a Full Moon meditation by the fire.
We'll hike down under the moon light enjoying a spectacular night view of Lugano.
Level of intensity: for average hikers.
