Full Moon on Monte Bar

Join us for yet another evening exploration of Monte Bar on a full moon day.

We'll enjoy a slow yoga session at the highest point of Monte Bar enjoying the view at sunset and then we’ll continue with a delicious Ticinese vegetarian meal especially prepared for us at the Capanna’s restaurant.

After dinner Irene will lead a Full Moon meditation by the fire.

We'll hike down under the moon light.
