About the Event
We'll start our yogic adventure from Corticiasca and hike towards the summit of Monte Bar, one of the best-known mountain destinations in the Lugano area. We’ll take in the breathtaking sunset views from the top while flowing through an all-levels yoga practice. After yoga we'll have a vegetarian dinner especially preparare for us by our friends at the famous Capanna and then we'll gather together for a meditation under the starry sky and head back.
Meeting point: Corticiasca, 5 pm
Level of intensity: for average hikers.
