About the Event
Join us for this summer exploration of Monte Bar on a new moon night.
We'll enjoy a slow and relaxing yoga session at the highest point of Monte Bar taking in the view at sunset and then we’ll continue with a delicious Ticinese vegetarian meal especially prepared for us at the Capanna’s restaurant.
After dinner we will gather around the fire for a New Moon meditation.
We'll hike down under the summer starry night.
Level of intensity: for average hikers.
Lenght: 7 km circa.

Price: CHF 80.- dinner included (the price doesn't include drinks).
We meet at 4pm in Corticiasca.
