About the Event
Join us for this heart-warming experience that will leave you feeling vibrant with new energy, as well as restored and rejuvenated.
We’ll leave early in the morning and walk to the top of Monte Caslano where we’ll wait for the sun to arrive and come together in a guided meditation setting an intention for the day.
After the meditation we’ll enjoy a breakfast together and then hike down.
Level of intensity: easy, for everyone.
