About the Event
We'll start our yogic adventure from Corticiasca and hike towards the summit of Monte Bar, one of the best-known mountain destinations in the Lugano area. We’ll take in the breathtaking sunset views while we flow through an all-levels yoga practice. We'll eat dinner together at the famous Capanna and then head back down sharing a special meditation session under the beautiful August Full Moon.
Level of intensity: for average hikers. Lenght: 10 km circa. Elevation: +814m
