About the Event
Join us for yet another evening exploration of Monte Bar.
This time we'll practice yoga indoor in a beautiful private meeting room in the Capanna and then eat a delicious Ticinese vegetarian meal especially prepared for us.
After dinner Irene will lead a guided meditation by the fire to warm the Heart and ignite the Spirit.
We'll hike down towards Corticiasca under the beautiful starry sky enjoying a spectacular night view of Lugano.
Level of intensity: for average hikers. Lenght: 7 km circa. Elevation: +628m
Price: CHF 80.- dinner included (the price doesn't include drinks).
For this event a valid COVID certificate is required (to have access to the Capanna).
